James – Yummy (Ltd Red Vinyl LP)

James will release Yummy, their 18th studio album, featuring the new single, “Is This Love.” The 12-track album was produced by Leo Abrahams and mixed by Cenzo Townsend. 180g LP.

James gained popularity in the late 1980’s and early 1990’s with their energetic and anthemic alternative rock sound. One of their breakthrough albums was “Gold Mother” (1990), which featured the hit single “Sit Down.” The band’s distinctive sound is characterized by Booth’s emotive and distinctive vocals, as well as the interplay of guitars and violin in their music.

They continued their success with albums like “Seven” (1992) and “Laid” (1993), the latter of which included the title track, a song that became one of their signature hits. James is known for their dynamic live performances and their ability to blend rock with elements of folk and alternative music.
