Alice Cooper – Goes to Hell (Rhino Reserve Vinyl LP)

Goes to Hell finds Alice Cooper leaning fully into his dark, mischievous persona with a slicker, more conceptual edge. Released at the peak of his ’70s run, the album blends hard rock, glam, and theatrical storytelling into a twisted journey through temptation, excess, and damnation. Anchored by catchy hooks, glossy production, and Cooper’s unmistakable snarl, tracks like “Go to Hell” and “You Gotta Dance” balance menace with tongue-in-cheek humor. Less shock-rock chaos and more calculated spectacle, Goes to Hell is a stylish, underrated chapter in the Alice Cooper catalog—sinister, fun, and built for big speakers.
