Tiger Bay was the third studio album by pop boffins Saint Etienne originally released in 1994. The premise of the album was to write modern folk songs that incorporated more up to date production techniques such as electronica, techno and dub welding the modern and the traditional. That said, there’s only one traditional song here – the rest being self-penned originals.
