Mondo Music, in collaboration with Universal Pictures, proudly presents JAWS 50 – Selections and Studio Rarities from the Motion Picture, shaped 10” EP on red vinyl, featuring music composed and conducted by John Williams (Star Wars, ET).
This die cut shark bite 10″ is pressed on chum red vinyl and housed in a 3-mil clear poly sleeve with a photo insert. Additionally stored in a resealable crystal clear sleeve that doesn’t fog, suitable for permanent protection and display.
One of the finest achievements in film music and quite possibly the most iconic soundtrack of all time, John Williams’ score to JAWS is an absolute essential for collectors.
In honor of the 50th Anniversary of the original blockbuster, we worked with Maestro John Williams to hand-select two alternate tracks for this commemorative record, never before released in any format and pulled from the archives by Williams himself.
The music for JAWS 50 – Selection and Studio Rarities From the Motion Picture 10” was restored and mastered by Mike Matessino in conjunction with his work on the complete score’s 50th Anniversary Reissue, with art direction, design direction and packaging design by Mondo’s Nolan Fleming.
