Post Human: Next Gen is the seventh studio album by British rock band Bring Me the Horizon. It was surprise released on May 24, 2024, as the second installment of the Post Human series, following Post Human: Survival Horror (2020). It is also the last album to feature band keyboardist and supporting producer Jordan Fish, as he departed from the group in late 2023. The album received mostly positive reviews from critics upon release. It features guest contributions from Aurora, Underoath, Lil Uzi Vert and Daryl Palumbo.
Bring Me the Horizon formed in Sheffield, England, in 2004. The band initially gained fame with a metalcore sound characterized by heavy guitar riffs, screamed vocals, and intense energy. Over the years, BMTH’s style has evolved, incorporating elements of electronic, pop, and alternative rock, reflecting a more diverse musical palette.
